Our infrastructure team provides expertise and know-how to the largest infrastructure projects in Belgium such as the Oosterweel link in Antwerp, the R4 in Ghent and the R0 in Brussels. Contract/process manager
For our team in Breda we are looking for a contract/process manager. You will work both at our own offices as on location at our customers. With your knowledge of contracts, you support multiple projects.
Function
• You manage current and new contracts, you make agreements about the deployment of people, schedules, milestones, product quality and deliverables
• You facilitate the project team in such a way that they can do their work as well as possible, so you are not involved in the content of the project.
• You are responsible for the invoicing process in collaboration with the project coordinator
• You keep in touch with the customers and translate their wishes to the project team
Profile
• (HBO) bachelor work and thinking level
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience or affinity with project control, contract formation, making and fulfilling agreements with both internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of various contract forms such as design & construct (D&C) and design, build, (finance), maintain, (operate) (DBFMO)
• Experience with different forms of cooperation such as construction team or alliance
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
