We operate in the Netherlands, Spain and Belgium from our offices in Breda, Valencia, Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. Our infrastructure team provides expertise and know-how to the largest infrastructure projects in Belgium such as the Oosterweel link in Antwerp, the R4 in Ghent and the R0 in Brussels. BIM Manager
For our team in Antwerp we are looking for a BIM/Project Manager. The position can be filled with Antwerp or Breda as a basis, but regular trips to the project location or other offices are expected.
Function
- Setting goals, requirements and preconditions with all parties involved for the development of the BIM model
- Coordination of contracts with various stakeholders
- Setting up structure and protocols of the BIM model and process
- Coaching and guiding committed employees in the implementation and application of BIM.
- Controlling and monitoring the progress of the BIM process
- Contribute to the learning and change process in the organization
Profile
- A relevant education in, for example, Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management & Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
