Our infrastructure team provides expertise and know-how to the largest infrastructure projects in Belgium such as the Oosterweel link in Antwerp, the R4 in Ghent and the R0 in Brussels. Commercial projectmanager
For our teams in Breda and Antwerp, we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager. You are the indispensable and easily communicating link in every tender and/or project.
Function
- Leading various projects and tenders.
- Coordinating the entire commercial process and monitoring agreements made with the client, from the first introduction to the final award.
- Analyzing customer needs and delivering appropriate, well-kept and competitive proposals.
- Permanent accountability of performance and commercial customer and partner contacts to the Management Board and in the CRM system.
- Coordination of contracts with various internal and external stakeholders
- You manage current and new contracts, you make agreements about the deployment of people and monitor budget, planning and quality
- You facilitate the project team in such a way that they can do their work as well as possible, you are not technically involved in the content of the project.
Profile
- (HBO) bachelor work and thinking level
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of different contract forms in the construction sector
- You have knowledge of procurement legislation and are able to understand complex procurement procedures.
- You have commercial insight and feeling and know how to create and exploit opportunities. You like to be in contact with customers and is interested in building long-term customer relationships
- You are an initiator, strong communicator and know how to convince and enthuse people.
- You are transparent in your actions,
- You are result-oriented and have an eye for quality.
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Good command of Dutch and English language in word and writing. French is an advantage.
