At Infranea we have a passion for 3D design, BIM services and VR simulation of
complex infrastructure works. In this way we contribute to the digital transformation of the construction sector.
Our 70 engineers and consultants design, integrate, visualize and simulate all project data
by applying the most advanced digital applications.
We are active in the Netherlands and Belgium from our offices in Breda and Antwerp. Infranea provides expertise, know-how and employees to the largest infrastructure projects in Belgium such as the Oosterweel connection Antwerp, the R4 in Ghent and the R0 in Brussels. Infranea has been part of VK Architects & Engineers since July 2019.

- HBO Civil Engineering or Architecture (NL), Architecture (BE)
- At least 6 months of (work) experience and/or internship at a contractor or engineering firm
- Preferably basic knowledge of common software such as Revit, Civil3D and/or Navisworks
- Very good command of the Dutch language is a requirement (English is a plus)
- Good technical knowledge

Together with infranea’s BIM team, you will work on one of the leading projects in the Netherlands or Belgium. This will be at project location or at our office in Breda, we offer you a wide range of BIM skills. From setting up a coordination model, to adding the 4D component, to clash control, interfaces management and system engineering. During your internship you are a normal colleague who participates in the daily activities within the team. During your internship you will be guided by a buddy who is your point of contact and also watches over your development and well-being.
Job description
You will get started with BIM on the basis of the International guidelines (ISO19650). Think of: setting up a coordination model, to adding the 4D component, clash control, to system engineering. Programs that we (and therefore also you will use) are: Navisworks, BIM360, Synchro 4D Pro, etc. All this under the DNA of Infranea, to make everything faster, more efficient and qualitatively better. Your assignment will be challenging which is in line with the DNA of Infranea and instead we offer you good guidance.
